Re: [AGA SC] Holiday Inn proposal
I don't think ther is any space issue at the Sheraton. I
think it has the most space available.
The other big factor is the cost of service fees. for
Marriot it's 21% of the room charges. We had a sliding
scale in Dallas so the we owed none after enough roomnights
were sold.
Of course, in Dallas we had no charge for the ballroom, etc
except the services fees (in the original contract).
