I think Cheryl and I have operational impacts under control. We will continue to work together on it. It's just that she will be the "on site" person instead of me. I feel much more comfortable about this than the original idea of moving it up to tha Canadian printer, no matter how good they were. > Anyway, that roughly equates to two issues per year. That's for David to answer!<g> I'm suspecting it brings us VERY close. > Note that I am not *proposing* that the membership holds at > 850 ;-) No, obviously not. With more money, there are many more things we can do for our members. Olus, we do need to build our "cushion" back up. Likewise, though Kathy obviously needs some time to get used to life-with-child,<g> I'm sure we will continue to look for additional advertisers. I think it's important to have enough that losing one or two is not a disaster. > Note that I am not *proposing* that we go to six issues per > year. No, but I WOULD like to see us add pages to TAG when we have the money. Because of the pages given over to ads, we have to pick and choose what articles we run, how many photos to use, and the size of the photos. We could make TAG even better with a few more pages. By adding pages but staying with a quarterly publication, our mailing costs would go up only a tiny bit, as opposed to adding $2,000 (more or less) mailing costs for 2 more issues to the budget. I'd WAY rather see that couple of thousand go into pages than postage. I know you were *not proposing* this.<g> But I want people to keep their minds sort of thinking in that direction when the time comes that we actually have a little excess coming in!
