Thanks. I know everybody doesn't have time to trudge
through the language that was concocted by lawyers, hacked
by business reps, and rehacked by Larry, Erik, myself, and
a host of others. That is why I took the liberty of making
the changes and posting them.

I don't know what the hotel my agree to, but basically
Larry and I went back and wrote it to be comparable to the
Dallas deal. If they don't agree to most of it, imo, we
should walk away and start looking at hotels away from the
airport -- and sometimes walking away is the only way to
get called back with concessions.

I haven't sent the markup to Rick, even as just potential
changes, because I thought it best to have the Board
members comment first.

Btw, we always consider you singular :-)
