I don't see how we can offer something only to a select set of members.  As
I've said before, I think it is REALLY important to remember that we are an
INTERNATIONAL organization... not an American organization who lets people
in other countries get our magazine.  In the long run, I feel very strongly
that the latter attitude will hurt us.
