I think the full-color aspect alone makes a big diff for
impression on newies. But if the older ones are included
with new, the comparison might actually be good for the
contrast. Maybe we should note in any offer that they are
not full color?

To move them to storage somewhere else would be costly with
no immediate benefit to AGA? If so, we should probably try
to move them out the door for good (special offer).
