Re: [AGA SC] Convention Announcement

To give dates, we need to know that the Board is
comfortable enough with the way hotel negotiations are
going to feel that the deal is solid, that we're going with
GWAPA, the hotel, and the dates.  

How I'm seeing it, when we find out how the hotel responded
to our proposed changes, we might have that level of
comfort. Still, I think we ought to be able to tease
something in any event. Heck, maybe having pepople  wonder
about *which* dates in Nov is a good way to get people
thinking about the convention early -- a real tease.
