[AGA SC] Convention Notice in TAG -- Word to GWAPA

Great news about the hotel from ghazanfar. Rick was right
that they are willing to work with us. 

I think we should go with the notice in TAG as  discussed
-- and I tell them what we're going to say in it. That
ought to be official enough, eh?

Or do we need a motion and a vote?
