Kingfish is getting antsy to have a comfirmed deal. He says
he's snail mailing the contract for signature. Ghazanfar
seems favorable to Kingfish but Rick is hesitant -- tends
to think it's a breakeven deal at best and takes up a lot
of vendor space at several hundred per vendor so why do
Kingfish. I doubt GWAPA will sign up 14 vendors ;-)

I'm trying to find out if Ray can email me the terms. If I
can see that there's nothing that will spook Rick, then
I'll just have the contract sent to GWAPA for execution.  

I'm trying to keep Ray on the line, so to speak, while Rick
is waiting to hear an upper level approval from the hotel
on Monday. I have half a mind to underwrite Ray's expenses
just to close that issue. Only half a mind, mind you ;-)

I think we can just let them sign the contracts down there
on behalf of GWAPA. Then we can just 50/50 the convention
net when it's all over. Executions, they understand, of
course, are subject to board approval.
