[AGA SC] The contract

I have a fax of what the Sheraton sent back to Rick. With a
quick perusal, it doesn't seem that they changed much of
the language from the first version they sent. 

They did take some of our language but it seems that all
the $ stuff was changed back to the original.

It will take some careful going over to see what the diffs
are and mark them in a Word doc so that we can compare.

Meanwhile, the most important parts are the cancelation
clause and the room night guaranties. If you look those
sections over from the original Sheraton doc, that's what
they're asking us to accept. I think Rick is ready to hunt
for a new hotel at this point.
