Some exact numbers on how much it's costing to create the Buntbarsche 
Bulletin.  TP is a black & white ~10 page document they send on opposite 
months.

Hi All

Attached is the 6 month profit/(loss) statement for 2003-2004 and data for
the same interval for 2002-2003.

Overall, we are doing great because of the fantastic convention.  (Note,
all Californian must now use the word fantastic once in every 50 word on
order of our new goven-a-tor).

During this time I have paid for printing and mailing 3 BBs and 3 TPs.  
Average cost per issue is $5,618 and $994, respectively.  I still have to
double check all the entries and go through the credit card income again
but these numbers are close.

Just to keep all informed, I did sent the material off to the accountant
for the taxes.  I also copied every piece of paper I received in 2002-2003
in terms of bills, invoices, checks etc and sent those along with the
checkbook ledger and bank statements to him so he could de the 'audit' the
past board had discussed.
