Okay, I couldn't wait and I snuck a peak at it after
hearing your comments about the liability language.

I think we tell them that the sentence about AGA taking
full repsonibility for individuals, including those
servicing the convention (their employes?) is comletely out
-- no rewording or replacement but jsut flat out or there
is no further discussion  -- we have no liabilities beyond
what common tort law provides for andthat requires no
language in the contract. I think this is a deal breaker. I
think it's a nice try on their part the first time they put
it in but it's quite rediculous. We're not buying insurance
just to make their insurance cheaper.

If anyone disagrees, please speak up. We might be wasting
our time with this outfit.

Other than that, they're at least moving in the right
direction finally. Still some real clinkers in there
though.


RE the roomnights, this probably makes us much safer on the
risk side without causing much damage on the benefits side.
We can book more rooms and dinners but liability is
limited. I'd like the  Guarrantee on numbers language to
explicitly say it only applies to meals (i.e., not to
roomnights).

Btw, Larry, unless it's Coors, beer is a pre-packaged
nonperishable snack food, right ;-)  ?
