This offers the old issues at the $1 less per issue than the membership cost of $5/per issue. We sell back issues for $6 each (the 6=4 PAM package not withstanding). Why not offer membership and 3 backissues for $35 ($35, $38, $51)? That at least equals the membership price per issue but it's less than buying back issues individually. It's an enticement to join or at least go for the big package.
