Hi,

I agree, the Banquet cost MUST come down in order to be feasible.  I would 
love to see these negotiations end, and we are so close...but the cost 
needs to come down.

First I would try to see if they will drop the price....


...as a last resort maybe play with the reg prices.

Either way, just with a $35 dollar banquet getting 120 people is A LOT, I 
would still say we would need a big draw...ie get AMANO to speak at the 
banquet and do his workshop during the day.....I think that is a MUST.
