hmmmm, how about:

Only Convention registrants may attend the Speaker
presentations/Workshops.

Convention registration requires AGA membership except only
one membership is required per household. (that covers it
doesn't it?

Other members of a Convention registrant's household may
purchase Banquet or Field Trip passes.

Convention registration includes an Auction Seller pass,
which otherwise may be purchased at the auction for $X. 

Auction attendance is open to the public.

Now somebody will figure out how to word those things in
about 15 words and it'll fit on a flyer.
