[AGA SC] Re: AGA back issues "Starter Set"

I have added the new combo.  It was a little bit more difficult than I had
anticipated, as I had to break out the US/Canada/Mexico line of the
membership matrix.  Figured it's probably even more important to have it
on the membership page than the back issue page, so I did both.

Though I seriously doubt this is going to cause the back issues to fly off 
the shelves, it may help increase the visibility.  It's actually not a big 
deal about the back issues.... The AGA has to print 1000 issues per run 
whether we use them or not.  At some point we'll really need to consider 
recycling some of them, or giving them out free as promotion.
