I have added the new combo. It was a little bit more difficult than I had anticipated, as I had to break out the US/Canada/Mexico line of the membership matrix. Figured it's probably even more important to have it on the membership page than the back issue page, so I did both. Though I seriously doubt this is going to cause the back issues to fly off the shelves, it may help increase the visibility. It's actually not a big deal about the back issues.... The AGA has to print 1000 issues per run whether we use them or not.
