Anyone in the first 50 pays $10 less than otherwise, but a nonmember must also buy a membership in any case. For anything a nonmember can get, a member can get it for $20 less--i.e., we're just making nonmems buy a membership. So, nonmems get rewarded too for early registration; we really want that early count -- and we want new mems.
