I know he was miffed at me that I wouldn't give him permission to use a
bunch of my stuff on his site.  This was way before the BB, and it was JUST
a place for him to sell stuff.  I felt funny about giving him permission to
use my articles when I didn't even know who he was.  It felt like I was
endorsing his business without any first hand knowledge.  I told him that
the articles were already out on the web in a number of places, and he was
welcome to link to them.  But he wanted to set it up so that people didn't
leave his site. That was my first experience with him.

I suppose we could give him one anyway, just in the spirit of cooperation...
