[AGA SC] Update on TAG mailing

Robin Dotson at Complete Direct Mail Services is going to put a trace on 
the TAGs mailed on Feb 17 - 18. She says they should be able to let us know 
something tomorrow. She seemed very surprised that some issues were taking 
so long. I believe her, as she has been responsive and professional.

HOWEVER, if this happens again I will search for another mailer, on the 
assumption that it is her and not the post office.

On Thursday, I will post again to the AGA member list and start replacing 
lost TAGs, unless y'all think differently.
