I wouldn't extend their memberships at this point, this has ALWAYS happened
to a few people, and we're working on it.  The period for the magazine is
Jan-Mar., so they aren't even getting it THAT late at this point.

If someone seems really cranky, we can appease them on a case by case basis.
But I think most people will be understanding of a delay like this.  They
know other people have received their's, so they know it's a mail problem
and not something we did wrong.
