Um. . . . One way is to issue say we'll rebate the diff if
you were an early reg -- IF paypal allows partial refunds.
We could give "cash back" at the convention.
OR, IF we know wht the shirts will look lik now, we could
put up what the design will be and let folks buy as soonas
the registratin goes online?
