[AGA SC] DAL resigning (fwd)

OK folks, let's make this official.  David proposes resigning as treasurer
but is willing to stay with us on the board (see e-mail below -- THANKS
David for reconsidering this point!).  I'm not sure we have to vote on
this, but as David started as treasurer and (I think) the board position
filled around him), let's be 100% clear with a proposition and vote.

Also, I have asked Scott in personal e-mail if he is still willing to take
on the job as treasurer if offered it by the board, and he has said he
would.  I beleive we MUST vote on this issue.

So I think as it stands we have two propositions here:

2004-04-01: To allow David Lass to resign as treasurer but remain as an
active board member (proposed by basically the entire board).

2004-04-02: To appoint Scott Hieber as treasurer (proposed by Erik).

Please vote separately on these two.  Thanks,

A week in sunny and warm Mexico was really nice, but it has not done a lot to 
where I am at with respect to AGA -- although I do not really want to wash my 
hands of everything as I did before. I would like to resign from the position 
of Treasurer, effective as soon as possible. I would like to remain on the 
Board if you and the other Board members would like that. If you want me to 
resign from the Board I will, of course, do that.
I hope that my protocol is correct in sending this to you and not to the entire 
Board. You can, of course, share this with them however/whenever you want.
