Are we hip or what ? :-)  

I'll add:  Even if someone's membership expires, we should
keep them on "the list" (as expired) for say, 3 years, in
case they come back.  Maybe a signif num drop out a year or
two and come back.  If they come back after 3 years (or 5?)
itls like they're a new person, but that's probably ture in
more ways than one. ;-)
