I'd tell him we are ALWAYS open to solid, DETAILED proposals with the man-power behind them to actually run them. Maybe even show him the membership committee's proposal. Tell him if they want to start working on a workable plan for operating and manning a forum, we'll look into the liability.insurance aspects from this end. Looks like his bucking for a postition on the BOD... I think, from what we've seen of him so far, he could be a valuable addition. He seems committed, level headed and willing to work!
