Erik pointed out a financial issue with the 40% discount.
There are enough other things among the initiatives to
focus on, for the time being at least, without having to
press forward on the 40%. 

So in the not too distant future, we'll here a progress
report from Cheryl on the (other) intitiatives. I say that
to express my optimism that progress will occur in the near
term :-)
