Yes, but I think that AGA2K4 should "buy" the t-shirts from the AGA at cost, then we split the proceeds. Otherwise AGA is donating money to GWAPA. Right?

You know, 50% of something is better than . . .  so long as
no one avoids paying on-line so that they can pick up a
convention. A little careful tweaking of the pricing ought
to handle that -- e.g., charging the same price at the
convention (with no shipping) as on-line, including
shipping.
