Well, I guess we need a record of the minutes relecting me
Treasurer.  Canyo make up a doc with So and so moved, so
and so seconded. Members voted blah to blah in favor. 

That's all.

I hope they don't ask for a record of minutes electing you
Clerk because who would record that? And who elected that
one? This could go on for ever. 

Erik, can you list me as Treasurer on the web site? List
Cheryl as Clerk? You can list me or Karen or anybody as the
second Clerk. I'm think Cheryl and I because we keep most
of the records, other than mail. Otoh, maybe you since you
have the mail archives? Naw, you have enough on your plate.
