AGA's principle offices are in MA, which is undoubtedly a
requirement for being incorporated in MA, along with having
the principal Clerk reside that state.

I think the Bylaws state the offices as David's address but
I'd have to look it up again.

Consider this: The bank account is in one place (MA but
soon will be in NJ), the Clerk in another (MA), some orders
and product (memberships and TAGS) are handled in yet
another (TX), and the server for web sales is in yet
another (OR). In which state will each of these states say
we are doing business? I think we are hoping that the
answer in each case in MA. So far as I know, we haven't
registered to do business in any other state. 

Consider also this: unless "AGA" was included on the
incorporation filing, we also haven't registered dba (doing
business as) -- the requirements to do so vary from state
to state, I believe.

And lastly, consider this: Sales tax collection and
reporting requirements also vary from state to state.

I don't know if any of this matters.
