[AGA SC] AGA Credit Card Orders

Hi Diana,

Just wanted to let you know that we're going to be removing straight
credit card orders as an option.  David noticed that we're being charged 
$25 per month for this privelige by the bank, and we're only getting about 
$100 per month in orders through that route.  Originally it was felt that 
the credit card option was important for folks overseas who didn't have 
access to paypal or US checks, but in analyzing the most recent 3 months 
of orders, they're mostly from US and Canada!

So anyway, I'll be updating the website to reflect this.  Meanwhile, I 
think the few that are still paying this way should be redirected to check 
or paypal.  Seem reasonable?
