Ivo might want to have a laptop at the hotel too. One
laptop might work for all three purposes (general
purchasing, membership list, financial records updating. I
think that 99% of the time the purposes would not require
any significant overlaps in use.

Plus one or two laptops for the auctions. Ivo is going to
want a copy of the auction database file when it's over
anyhow.
