Banking isn't our business and I didn't find any
regulations that required that our depository be in MA. so
we are still an MA corp with principle offices at David's
address until I file the change of clerk's address
certificate with the MA SoS.

So, I'm answering yes, but I'm not an attorney.

Anyway, wherever we're doing business, it ain't in NJ. ;-)
