[AGA SC] Corporate filings

As Asst. Clerk I filed the apropriate form with the MA Sec
of State (SoS) to change the AGA principal office address
to Clerk Karen's address.

I also filed to update the list of directors and officers: 
 
Cheryl--add
David
Erik (Pres)
Karen as Clerk -- add
Scott as Asst Clerk and Treasurer  -- add
Kathy -- add
Dorothy -- add

Neil -- deleted


I feel more kosher now.

The Bylaws we filed when we incorped were much briefer than
what we go by now -- one page then versus a whole handfull
now. I should probably file the ammended bylaws.
