Thanks for the info. (Mine arrived this last Friday, btw.)

Absolutely agree. 

Imo, if you know they haven't provided as agreed, then
maybe they deserve another chance, after giving
compensation. If you doubt they are being square, then walk
-- assuming all mailing services in Dallas aren't somewhat
off the straight and narrow, so there is somewhere else to
go. ;-)

Your judgement is good enough for me.
