[AGA SC] Notice of reimbursement

I don't think a vote is called for but I'd like to offer
the chance for folks comment or object.

I would like to reimburse Scott Hieber $49 for a license
for Quicken, the basic package, for use with the AGA bank
account. While this won't be much use for reporting
purposes, it will greatly simplify management of the
account.

Happy 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th of July -- because that's when
the event actually occured, give or take a month :-)
