Thanks for our promotional packet our event went very
well and our members were happy to take home all the
sample issues. Your free membership certificate was
raffled off and went to some one who had let their
longstanding AGA membership lapse, I think they will
return as loyal subscribers. Luis was especially
pleased with your included newspaper clipping and your
kind regards. He says thank you with a bashful smile
and tells me that you are a martial arts expert,
impressive!

sfbaaps was initially suspicious of my proposal to
include AGA membership with each club membership. Our
annual club membership fee has been waived for '04 to
stimulate langushing participation and as a group we
still have to address that issue. I think that the key
people are onboard for a premium AGA club membership
and given time we should develop favorable concensus
for discounted AGA membership as a sfbaaps perk.

One question raised was how to transition current AGA
members from individual memberships to club
membership. You mentioned prorated rates for partial
years so I assume it can all be worked out. My first
order of business is to approve sfbaaps premium group
membership and send you $200.00 from our treasury. I
assume we will then be able to work out the details of
transitioning our shared membership to a single annual
group payment as our list of shared members grows.
