what sfbaaps wants is a bundle of stuff for a price and then to get however many memeberships they decide to buy, now or later, but they will get them at a discounted rate? Is that right? If so then, how about this? As Erik said, ost of the stuff not related to TAG and membership is already thre for free. So, I see this as a long term membership thing. Since we're prospectively negotiating, how about: drop the TAG ad from the DVD and old TAGs bundle and maybe adjust the price down for the "club" bundle of goods -- say maybe $50 or $75. Then for 12 months from the date of the club deal (or the next issue) they can buy up to 10 individual memberships at whatever the discount club price is we bandied about ($16?). If one of the members wants to buy but already has a sub, then she can buy a 1 year extension on her sub for $16. If they want discounted subs for more than 10, then they have to buy another club bundle, which could be another DVD plus a bunch o' PAMs, plus "special" listing on the AGA website with thier logo marked as "a premier supporter" or sponsor or some such thing. Or we could offer up front a 10-member club bundle and a 20-member club bundle. Cheryl, am I just repeating what you already offered? If not, are we getting farther apart on the deal or closer? sh ===== Want to get dirty but stay clean?
