Larger pool of people, but not as dedicated as the plant folks, saccharine 
membership director concentrating on superficial stuff (as opposed to 
kickass membership director concentrating on getting people to renew 
easily and trying to find actual benefits), more expensive membership 
costs, and big contribution due to 500-attendance convention that never 
renews.
