responsibilities. But it's been hard to promote her because

people and always there has remained this risk that she'll

unpredictably.  Unfortunately, the risk is ocassinally
realized. So, I'm very uncomfortable with that sort of
behavior but I suppose I might be just gunshy at this
point.
