I am inclined to agree that of the DFWAPC members in attendance, 80% of them
helped out significantly, carting things around, helping make announcements,
keeping Amano happy, running the auction, auctioneering, etc.
But we don't want to give away the farm, either.
I am going to donate my Aquajournals to DFWAPC in January.
What do y'all think?

I am forwarding this to Cheryl, she was trying to do the same for AGA. I
think the AGA board and the DFWAPC helped
GWAPA out enough that a few AquaJournals that were free to them are due
to at least the AGA and DFWAPC if for nothing other than PR and good
relationships between the organizations.

I talked to Ghazanfar yesterday. He called me. Seems I have about $425
coming to me for the plant auction. I'm not sure why he called. I
think he was just impressed. Maybe was hoping I would donate the money
back to GWAPA. I might just do it........ not. Anyway, I asked him
about giving some ADA magazines to the DFW. It was ridiculous
discussion where he was trying to be a smart ass. I finally told him he
knew what I wanted and if he had any left that he could give the DFW to
send them on. I don't think we are going to get any. They are going to
use them for future GWAPA membership things. I don't know Mr.
President, I tried.
I will mail your stuff to you next week. I finally have a day off.
