Erik told me about this guy and his comments.  Totally glad you broke a 
board.  I know I would take his comments personally but the thing is that 
he totally doesn't matter.  TAG is SOOOO MUCH BETTER than it was.  There 
is nothing out there to compare with it.  I totally think a poll would be 
good so you could hear all the good comments, because we know it rocks, we 
love it, it is so much better, and it isn't because we all stroke each 
other ego's either.  I trust all you guys to say when I do something wrong 
or stupid, or poor and I would say something to you guys too.  So I think 
TAG IS AWESOME and don't let this guy get to you.

Hang in there, you are amazing objective and looking for feedback.  I 
think that is really cool.  Wish everyone in the world was like that.
