I think that's okay if you think there might be more than a
few. Otherwise you could close the books, assuming that the
checks will be cashed. In the event that one or more are
not, there will be residual funds in the Wachovia account
and we can make adjustments later if necessary. This will
let us treat the Convention all in one fiscal year.

There are the paypal transactions that came in after I left
for the convention and there are the Convention expenses
AGA made. You should have received notices of each of these
items.

You presumably have entered the expenses as miscellaeous
(or shipping or some such category of expense) and entered
the paypal amounts as AGA2K4 revenues.

So also enter them as "amount already disbursed to AGA"
(subtracting it from the total as a disbursementment *and*
subtracting it from the amount of the final disbursement to
check to AGA).

Say the total net AGA2K4 rev is $2,000, then

Net revenue               $2,000
total 
  disbursement to GWAPA   -1,000

already disbursed to AGA  -492.09
disbursement to AGA       -507.91
                          ----------
total
   disbursement to AGA    -1,000

Net Revenue after 
    disbursements            $0
