The 131 figure must be broken down into 117 regular
banquets @ $39 each, plus 14 guest banquets @ $49
each. That adds up to $5,249 (rows 173:175 in the
Registrations sheet).
The amount charged by the hotel, including tax, was
50.05.
That comes to 131*50.05 = 6556.55
To get the $7,250.00 you show for Banquet costs, there
would have to have been 14 banquets comped by AGA2K4 and
at
cost of $693.45. Who were all the comped banquets?
That's right. The hotel bill lists a total of 145
banquets served. But I don't have with me the final
guest list. Maybe Rick Dotson knows about this?
