The other two were not on the GWAPA member list that Ghazanfar sent to me, nor were they on the registration list that Cristy asked me to "help" her with on 10/26/02. One of the names indicates that they registered in August, so I don't know why that name wasn't on my list. The other is only a name; no other information is listed. But when I Googled her name I came up with someone with similar interests in the Washington DC area. Hardly definitive evidence, I know.
So EITHER these two folks registered by mail and Cristy didn't reconcile with Ivo until the last minute (likely) OR they deliberatly did not enforce the AGA membership requirement on their own members (also likely).
In addition, I am sending three members their first issue of TAG today, with a letter of apology for the delay.
There is still one person I have not located. An AGA member registered at the desk on his behalf, and Sean says they took money from him for membership, but they did not write down an address for this person. I have contacted the member to see if I can track this person down.
I think there was only one person who registered at the desk who paid by check for both registration and membership. (Robert Steinbach) I did not receive his payment for dues separately. I do not know whether this was reconciled in the final accounting, or whether it is even worth pursuing if it wasn't.
