[AGA-sc] Proposal: Archive CDs and DVDs

OK, I am officially moving to the board

* Selling archive CDs and DVDs of TAG v1-v14, plus PAM 1 and PAM2
* the proposed layout is at http://test.thekrib.com/TAGA/
* The DVD will contain high resolution PDFs, the CD will not.
* I will take $10 per disc to cover materials, mailing and prepwork
* It will be available to non-members at a slightly higher rate.

(Not part of the proposal, but here is what I will initially sell them 
for.  CD: domestic member: $20, nonmember or foreign: $25.
     DVD: domestic member: $25, nonmember or foreign: $30.
)
