Re: [AGA-sc] Extra TAGs

My thought is that there isn't really any a need for us on the board and such to have lots and lots of extras sitting around. Up to the 1000, we can view the issues that aren't used as essentially "free copies", but if we're now going over, we cannot be so frivolous. I pulled our 10-15 per issue a few quarters back (and frankly, don't know what I'm going to do with all the extras I've got sitting around). Does Scott need 15? Does Karen need 15? Does David need 15? Does Dorothy need 15? Do all our advertisers need 5? If anyone should be guaranteed extra copies, it's YOU and Diana.

Well, I only have a couple issues of TAG 17-4 left in my possession! We have been running shorter and shorter each time.

How'd we manage for the last two issues? There were as many, if not more, copies mailed out then...

I'm OK doing it, but only if we have to.

Hi:

As of this moment, we have 840 active members. The multi's account for an additional 130, approximately. I usually send a few extras to the authors/photographers in each issue. I would like to give a copy or an extra copy to convention sponsors (who don't advertise in TAG), speakers, contest winners, GWAPA, etc.

I usually send a copy of the latest issue for about a month after each issue is published, so that could be another 20 or 30 copies.

And there's a (small) percentage of replacements. Sigh.

We're going to run out if we only order 1000 copies. Should I order 100 extra? It would cost about $290 more.
