Know I'm coming in on this late, but I actually do use a fair number.  Often 
a contributor will contact me and want a handful more, and I try to bring 
sets to either auction or raffle off when I speak.

That said, I think we want to mamange it carefully and not have too many 
extras floating around.  We knew this was going to be an issue when we 
swithed to this printer.  Amprint would have been competitive if we'd been 
able to increase our numbers.  They just weren't willing/able to eat it on 
the front end as this firm did.
