Hi Tony:Karen was in Brazil during the finalizing of TAG 18-1, so she doesn't know that we had to create a different look for the ANGFA ad. Most of the text in your pdf looked good, but I think a font went missing, and some key text was too pixelated to read in the final proof.
Anyway, you got the same SIZE ad about your convention, just a different format.
I will definately send more TAGs and 50 copies of our new brochure your way. Whatever you don't use at the convention you can use later for other events/meetings.

Hi Tony,I did know about your convention because it was on the nice fliers you included in the materials you sent me. I felt so bad that I had forgotten to bring them to our convention that we gave you ad space in the issue of TAG that went in the mail last week. W reduced that flier and used the entire thing. I looks very nice, and is actually quite readable, even though it is smaller. I think you'll be pleased when you see it. I don't know if you'll get any more attendance from this far away as a result, but maybe...<g> I would assume that Kevin Hosmer will be representing ANGFA at the NEC convention? If not, let me know, and we'll put some materials out on the AGA table. I'll forward this e-mail to Cheryl (our membership chair) and ask her to send you whatever materials we have available. I know we just printed up new brochures, and I'm sure she can send you some magazines as well. I don't know if an ad in your convention booklet is in the budget, but I'll forward the request to the BOD. Thanks for your hard work in our behalf! I am actually part of the organising committee and realised that I hadn't mentioned it to you!!!! We're expecting 150 people.I'll be placing some of the remaining AGA journals (I only have 3left) on our Convention Registration Table along with a note to consider joining the AGA. I am so sorry for having left this so late, but I forgot to ask whether the AGA wanted to send me some additional material and I'd be happy to place it prominently on our Trade Table - all attendees will be browsing during the tea and lunch breaks so I am certain they will see it. We have some keen plant people amongst our ranks.I am not suggesting you send me 150, but perhaps a few more journals(10-20?) would be appropriate along with member application forms?? As a Friend of ANGFA, we will mention the AGA in our convention booklet. Similar to what you would have seen in ourDecember newsletter. This will be free of charge of course. Or, if you have professional copy readily available, in which caseyou are very welcome to perhaps buy advertising space in our convention booklet for this purpose ($50 Australian for half page, $100 for full page). It will only be black & white. Please send copy if interested.Regards, Tony Tucceri
