Well, even if I wasn't pissed off at the thought of "negotiating after the 
baby is born",  I'm not going to keep selling archive disks for the 
next two months and then worry about "negotiations".  We're selling them 
NOW, it's not THAT important that they include these two PAM issues, and 
it's probably not that important that they include the cross-referenced 
PAM indices either.

I feel really dumb that we got taken in by yet another of Dave's "deals". 
It was my impression that we were buying him out, i.e., his membership, 
his stock, the whole magazine, and all he got to keep was a few copies for 
his own personal use.  Certainly we *should* have had those rights for 
what we paid (I am estimating that we've brought in (GROSS) at most $2500 
in back issues from the whole PAM deal... and for that we paid over 
$10,000 in cash, shipping and free memberships).  I don't know how the 
contract is worded, but I looked on his website and he sure does make it 
look like we're merely the "exclusive direct reseller of back issues of 
PAM".

Question: So what do we do with the stock we have on-hand?  I have about 7 
disks sitting here, and I think I mailed Scott another 10 for NEC. Toss 
em?  Sell em anyway?  Give them all to Ray?  Send them all to Japan? :) 
Maybe give them to random management committee members...
