Re: [AGA-sc] TAG

Thanks David. Things are a little better today, but it is a day-to-day sort of thing. We hope by the middle of April to have some things in place at school that should help the situation. But the problem is that I just don't know how long it will go on, or when I might have to drop everything and deal with family stuff.

I appreciate the vote of confidence though!

Karen

Karen -- I hope that things get better for you and Timothy. For my two cents worth I would not think in any way of passing the reins, or any other part of a horse's paraphernalia, for TAG on from you. Hang in there. If I can do anything let me know.

Hi Guys,

I am fianlly sending TAG to Cheryl today. I feel terrible that it is so late, and feel that I owe you guys an explanation, though it can't go any farther than this list. I know you all well enough that I know I can trust you.

Of course you all know that Scott and I were away. When we got back, I found that a lot of the material I needed had not arrived yet, so had to scurry around getting people to get that to me. At the same time I was preparing for NEC and hosting Christel. With "just" those problems I would have been behind schedule, but not irretrievably.

Unfortunately, at the same time we've been dealing with some very severe emotional problems with Timothy that escalatedto scary proportions within the last couple of weeks. I don't want to get into them all here, but suffice it to say, taht dealing with his problems has taken most of my time and attention not to say totally drained my energy for anything else.

I am really hoping we are close to getting things back on track, but I did feel that I had to give you some explanation in terms of what is going on. I've considered resigning, and if I thought (or if you all think) that was in the best interest of the organization, I would. But I figure that at the moment, that would just mean that Cheryl would suddenly get everything dumped in HER lap, which sure isn't fair.

I HOPE that I can get things caught up for the next issue, but if not, I do promise that I will do the best I can under the circumstance. If, in the mean time, you know of someone champing at the bit for the job, I WON'T have my feelings hurt if you want me to pass the reins on to someone else.

Thanks,

Karen
