Acccording to Paypal, from Australia, one must access the
local (to Australia) paypal site and then use one's own
paypal account to make payments via paypal. 

Not sure how this works with the shopping cart -- but I
think that, if they list the items being purchased and send
the correct amount, we  can then sort things out on this
end.

Did you understand it any diff, Erik?
