He probably just forgot but I hope this doesn't end up
being an attempt for him to open up new negotiations. Let's
politely remind him that AGA did agree to any terms beyond
the original agreement whereby AGA purchased the copies of
PAM.
Last thing I remembered is what is spelled out in this post
from the MCM archives -- it's a post from Erik informing
the Committee of the status of negotiations with DG:

Just FYI to the larger list, Karen concluded her
negotiations with Dave. He apparently did not expect to
hand over fullPAM rights in exchange for the lifetime
membership, but merely let the AGA reprint PAM on DVD. So
any proposed deal has been cordially cancelled by both
sides. The TAG archive disks will remain TAG archive disks,
and we will continue to sell our back stock of PAM as we do
today.
